In 2003, after one of her family members was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, Linda actively pursued specialty training in the area of diabetes education and went on to became a Certified Diabetes Educator in 2010.Although working with diabetics of all ages and backgrounds will always be her passion, she is very experienced in helping patients to manage a wide spectrum of challenges, which include the areas of weight management, cardiovascular health, pre and post-natal counselling, gastrointestinal concerns, as well as sports medicine issues.

Aside from practicing as a dietitian, Linda competed for McGill on the Synchronized Swim Team. She is a Canadian Alpine Ski Instructor, as well as an active Divemaster and enjoys tennis and running.
